Isaiah 14:12

Post by Ethan »

This is a very famous Bible verse, it created ' Lucifer ' , Christians are apocalyptic minded , so they exaggerate translations, invent messianic prophecies and demonic characters and Isaiah is the book they abuse the most.

Isaiah 14:12 is taken out of context, but they are clues in this chapter.

In Isaiah 14:31, the verse begins " O Howl " , this word is יָלַל [Yalal ] , which is in fact identical too ὀλολύζω "cry with a loud voice" in Greek
used in Homeric hymns. This is pretty common expression in Isaiah, [13:6, 14:12, 14:31, 15:2, 16:7, 23:14 ] and is used in Isaiah 14:12 but not correctly translated here.

The verse is more like 14:12 - ' The cloud / mist descended from the sky ' And the children? cried during the dawning of the day " O Howl , they have come to cut down our cedars and weaken our coastal-city" [πελασ γοί > gowy ]

The siege continues in verse 14:31 " O Howl, O Tyre, Cry O coastal city [Palestina] art dissolved: for there shall come from the north, a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times.

Tyre fell at dawn [שַׁחַר ] [ Josh 6:15]

Isaiah 14:12, the concluding word is ' Gowy , this is a shortening of the phrase πελασ γοί meaning "off the coast land ' and πελασγοί [ή πάραλος γῆ] transliterated as Palestine [ πελασ ἄστυ ] ' Coastal town ' i.e Gaza (ἄστυ ) and Ashdod (ἀστός ) .
