Hell in Hebrew

Psalms 6:5 - and in death, who will remember me, who will thank me when i am at rest

This is my translation of Psalms 6:5, KJV concludes ' in the grave , for שְׁאוֹל *shĕ'owl is translated 'Hell 31 times, although it is still linguistically correct , שְׁאוֹל (Sheol) functions as a future-sense of שָׁלוֹם [ shalowm], since Shalowm means 'Dusk ' or when the Sun begins to rests into the Earth thus also the resting place of Man.

שְׁאוֹל ( Sheol ) in Greek would be γαληνιάω (Galeniw) ' to find peace / place of peace' see also the PIE root *Kel ( Concealed place) , Sheol is Hell ( place of rest / eternal abode ) .

The Greek word is Hades, ᾅδης ( Adhs ) עָדָה (Adah) ' pass away' from עַד (Ad) *Eternal, see also ἀίδιος (Aidios) and אֲבַדּוֹן ( Abaddon)

ἀιδωνευς > Aidon > Audon > Abdon > אֲבַדּוֹן

Ezekiel 32:32 ' Land of the living (בְּאֶרֶץ חַיִּֽים) * cemetery

חַיִּֽים (Eiim) that is αἰών ( Aiwn) ' eternity / generation ' ( Ecclesiastes 12:5 ' long-home' (bit-Oilm) (עוֹלָם בַּיִת ), the Septuagint reads it ' οἶκον αἰῶνος ' ( Oikon Aiwnos) thus Oilm (עוֹלָם) is γαληνιάω (Galeniw) ( Ayin = Ghayin)

Ecc 12:5 ' the man goes to his eternal home ' * cemetery
