Charges against Raphael Golb (wrong name Norman is two posts up.)

Good news. No jail time. Also, the 3-year probation is over.
Suffered enough, per a decent gal judge. (Especially true since there was no crime.)

Thanks for the update.
Name correction made. I don't know why I keep mixing up the names Norman and Raphael.
Will Raphael's law license be reinstated?
