En Sof even has a WIkipedia page. Who'd have thunk https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ein_Sof FWIW in modern Hebrew "ein sof" (often contracted to "einsof" – אינסוף) is commonly used as simply the word for "infinity", without reference to God and to the above intricate Kabbalistic connotations.
