Why Peter wanted to build tents when a particular tent was destroyed

Post by Giuseppe »

Paul lived and worked with them, for they were tentmakers just as he was.

(Acts 18:3)

Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three tents—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” 6 (He did not know what to say, they were so frightened.)

(Mark 9:5)

Three tents for the two crucified thieves (=Moses and Elijah) and Jesus. In the eyes of Peter they adore the same god. As reaction, a particular tent was destroyed:

The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.

(Mark 15:38)

Differently from Peter, the demiurge had realized what the alien Christ had just done, on the cross. He was angry about this.
