A question about the name "Joshua"

Post by Giuseppe »

Joshua means 'YHWH-saves', where who is saving is YHWH (the subject).

But can it mean also 'Salvation of YHWH', where YHWH is genitive objective: 'He saves YHWH' (who is saved is YHWH'') ?

Thanks in advance for any answer.
