Tertullian Knows of a Canon of Twelve Minor Prophets

Tertullian knows that the Twelve minor prophets are bound as a canon:
Apparently the terminology is as old as Ecclesiasticus 49:10.So one of the twelve (minor prophets), Nahum: "For behold upon the mountain the swift feet of Him that bringeth glad tidings of peace." (AM 4.13.2]
