What strikes from this video (I have not read its subtitles entirely yet) is that Jack Bull is the 'Catholic scholar" who is approving the Dennis MacDonald's thesis of a midrash based on Homer.
The same Jack Bull who in another video with Richard Carrier claimed that he agrees totally with Markus Vinzent on Marcion being the author of the Earliest Gospel.
So is it possible, a Homer used by Marcion?
Surely the blind Polyphemus may well pose as the ignorant demiurge.
While Odisseus/'None' may well pose as a type of the alien Jesus of Marcion, the Son of an Unknown Father. With the difference that the father of Odisseus was known, while the Father of Jesus was never known by the Jews.
Is Jack Bull arguing for Homer being used by Marcion?

Bull seems an appropriate name for putting out that shit.
