Re: Jesus in the 30's ad

Sure, ok. Speaking of, had a chance to check out the new website ? What do you think? Wow, that looks brilliant! So that's more of your own work? Thanks! It's built on Wordpress, and I've created the site over the past week by stringing together various things. A lot of it is my own code. The harde...

Re: Jesus in the 30's ad

Sure, ok. Speaking of, had a chance to check out the new website ? What do you think? I know -- I didn't mean to come across as suggesting anything like that. Was only using your comment as a springboard to my own afterthought -- which no doubt is not original, either, and not intended to imply anyt...

Re: A Summary History of Christian Origins?

Is it safe to say the only reason Paul was not murdered, was because he probably was a Roman citizen of some sort? Could be. Roman citizens were much better protected against the summary judgments of regional governors than peregrini were. BTW, the opinion that this is true of the author of Revelat...

Re: The New ChristianOrigins.com "Beta Access"

I've filtered comments&forums out of the calendar widget, out of the daily archives, and out of the monthly archives too. They're now visible primarily through category and tag listings (though tags haven't been implemented yet). Since the calendar becomes much more useful this way, I've nudged ...

Re: The New ChristianOrigins.com "Beta Access"

If you need a point of comparison, this is the closest website in purpose to mine: The Biblioblog Reference Library http://www.bibliobloglibrary.com/ They do some things differently (no filters at all, no categories, no daily digest, no e-mail newsletter, no Twitter, different blog list [missing som...
