Valuable work, then. I'm glad to see these kinds of critical lenses being used with reference to post-Nicene texts, which more often don't get read from this perspective.

In the 4th century, Basil the Great and Gregory of Nyssa invented their sister Macrina the Younger for very mundane reasons - it was for the good of their careers. What happened here?
